6.4L HEMI BASED LONG BLOCK

We have a complete lineup of performance HEMI engines all made in house in our state-of-the-art engine facility. Everything is precision machined on race quality engine building equipment. Our engines are built to withstand the most stressful environments imaginable. We initially test our combinations with our in-house engine dyno and calibrations staff. This ensures that our customer receive a proven engine combination that we feel comfortable putting Richard Petty’s name on.

BLOCK PREP

  • Cylinder hone with deck plate to simulate engine cylinder head torque
  • Line hone
  • Validate center lines
  • Block deburr
  • Test material thickness in critical locations
  • Check deck surface
  • Complete block cleaning
  • Block painting (HEMI orange)
